Roy Miller is producing the new musical The Drowsy Chaperone with Kevin McCollum and Bob Boyett, premiering at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles this November starring Sutton Foster and Georgia Engel. In 2002, Roy produced the Broadway revival of I’m Not Rappaport starring Judd Hirsch and Ben Vereen. For Paper Mill Playhouse, Roy co-produced the tours of A Chorus Line and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat starring Deborah Gibson and Patrick Cassidy. Other Paper Mill productions include Follies starring Ann Miller (original cast recording); Gypsy starring Betty Buckley; Crazy For You (broadcast on PBS' “Great Performances” series and nominated for an Emmy Award); Animal Crackers starring Kristin Chenoweth; Children Of Eden (original cast recording); Anything Goes starring Chita Rivera; The Wizard Of Oz (transfer to Madison Square Garden); and Chess directed and choreographed by Rob Marshall.
