Bob Cline is the professor in charge of the senior class in the BFA Musical Theatre Program and NYC's, Pace University. In addition to numerous master classes around the country, Bob teaches three different musical theatre/business of the business classes through the Actor's Loft 3 nights a week in NYC. All of which focus on taking the next step/finding your way in the world of performing. As a director/choreographer his recent credits include: Into the Woods (3 different productions), Company ( The Lucille Lortel), The Full Monty (Studio Playhouse), Assassins (12 Miles West), Crimes of the Heart (Chatham Playhouse), Side Show and Showboat (Montclair State). Plus, Perry award nominated Violet, Falsettos, Songs for a New World, A New Brain (winner for 4th Wall), plus many others. In NYC, both of his productions of Steve Yockey's latest works, Medusa and Bight Apple Crush, have been nominated to the Sam French festival. As a Casting Director, Bob has helped to populate over 40 National tours, commercials, film, TV, and 100's of regional theatre productions including shows for; The Pioneer Theatre Company, Cincinnatti Playhouse in the Park, The Repertory Theatre of St, Louis, The Pearl Theatre Company, Arena Stage, Huntington, The Longwharf, Denver Center, and the Roundabout Theatre Company, just to name a few. This year he will be cast all 8 shows for The Carousel as well as casting the National Tours of Annie, Hairspray, The Wedding Singer, Little Women, The Complete Works of Wilbliam Shakespeare, Rent...and probably has his hands in a few more...
